Do I need to send the item back?
For wrong sizes, keep it! Gift it, donate it, or save it for a growing kiddo. For store credit returns, items must be unworn with tags attached.
How long do I have?
14 days from delivery to start a return or exchange. Quality defects are covered anytime.
What about bundles?
Exchange individual items without losing your bundle discount. If Dad's polo fits great but Mom's dress needs a size up, just exchange the one piece.
How do store credits work?
You'll receive a unique code valid for 1 year on any purchase. Store credits can be used on individual items or bundles and never expire early.
